Mustard Brasied Short Ribs
1/3 CUP CAPERS
1 1/4 CUPS DRY WHITE WINE
1/3 CUP HEAVY CREAM
1/4 TSP WHITE WINE VINEGAR
2 TBS WILDER SHEET & HOT MUSTARD
- ADD THE CAPERS TO A SAUCE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE.
- ADD THE WINE. BRING TO A SIMMER & COOK UNTIL REDUCED BY ABOUT HALF, ABOUT 2 MINUTES.
- STIR IN THE CREAM. VINEGAR. 1/4 TSP SALT & PEPPER, TO TASTE.
- SIMMER SAUCE UNTIL LIGHTLY THICKENED, ABOUT 30 SECONDS.
- REMOVE FROM THE HEAT & WHISK IN THE WILDER MUSTARD.TASTE & ADJUST THE SEASONING WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
